If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we'll refund you in full within 5 days of your order. No hoops, no hassle, no hard feelings.

Grandpacks sells digital products — specifically, printable PDF activity packs designed for grandparents and grandchildren to enjoy together. All products are delivered as instant digital downloads immediately after purchase. There are no physical goods shipped.
How Refunds Work
We want you to love your activity pack. If for any reason you don't, here's how our refund process works:
- Eligibility: You may request a refund within 5 calendar days of your purchase date.
- No questions asked: You don't need to provide a reason. If you want a refund, you get one.
- How to request: Simply contact us through our contact form or email support@grandpacks.shop with your order details.
- Processing time: Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and returned to your original payment method.
After the 5-Day Window
Because our products are digital downloads that are delivered instantly, we are unable to offer refunds after the 5-day window has passed. However, if you experience a technical issue (such as a corrupted file or download problem), please reach out and we'll make it right regardless of when you purchased.
Cancellation Policy
Grandpacks products are one-time purchases — there are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or memberships to cancel. You pay once and the PDF is yours forever.
Exchanges
Want to swap your Dino Explorer Day pack for the Ocean Explorer Day pack (or vice versa)? Contact us within 5 days of purchase and we'll arrange the exchange at no extra cost.
